FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT
**Please note that at check-in you will be asked for your ID, of which we will take a picture. That to confirm with payment. This measure had to be taken to prevent fraud.
If someone buys the tour for you, please tell him/her to pass you an ID photo.
Please present your voucher 10 minutes before departure to the staff at the departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received and you’ll get an e-mail with the confirmation details.

The payments provider that powers our Built-in Payments, is present in over 60 countries, supporting both merchants and their customers Worldwide.

The Built-in Payments are supported by major banking houses,  whilst we may use a number of different acquirers, we work closely with acquirers.

We take PayPal payments, make sure it matches your account in the 20 minutes after booking, if not the reservation will remain “Pending”

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* Cancellation with more than three days in advance: 15% administration fee
* Cancellation with two days prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount plus administration fees that might be imposed
* Cancellation with less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show: 100% of the total amount
* Changes of booking dates: with more than 48 hours are possible with a 30% charge of the total.
* In case of illness, exceptions only apply with a medical report.
*We can not be held responsible for any lost things.

Privacy Addendum
We may use third-party service providers such as TripAdvisor to process your personal information on our behalf. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post-visit reviews about your experience).
